Navigation issues

    newbie to site
    I have searched the web and this site but have not found the issue I am experiencing.
    The verbal navigation directions calls the 400 series of highways and others " H state route" for example "H state route 401"- "H state route 403. My dealership told me that is what Japanese made toyota cars, nav systems call the highways in Canada. I have asked if there is a nav software update as mine is 1.8.7 that might have been released to fix this issue. They said no.

    your 2012 Pius on what kind of Nav? DA and Navi or Navi HDD version?

    its not he top version if that helps. I top one comes with a better audio system. I think.

    the street name is base on navteq data nothing to do with Japanese made or what.
