    Navigation problem -

Is there a way to plug in a just the city for your destination, & bypass the entering of a street address? Seems like it would simplify vacation destinations. Like when you don't have a particular location in mind?

    Any ideas?

Funny how no one seems to answer the Nav questions?.. I still don't have a reply on mine...

Anyway..I have the 06.... If I remember right.. just go to destination and pick "POI name (points of interest) and try to just put the city name in there..then hit list in the lower right corner, it will probrably give you several choices in the city.. such as city hall or some major poi there.

You an also go to page 2 and browse with the map to find your city and put it in.. you have to zoom up a bit before it will let you however.

    Hope that helps...

Oh and nice pic by the way.... you like mine?

I don't think there is a way to just put the city for your destination. What I do is I enter city first then I type in "Main Street" (most of the cities/towns have Main Street) and then it will give you a range of numbers and you just pick a number from the range. That way it will take you to the city and then you can just cancel/ignore the NAV.
I have '05 model so perhaps it is different on '06 but that's what I do on my '05.
