    Hello All!

I am pretty new to Prius Chat and was wondering if someone could please help me with my Prius issue. My navigation screen will not respond to touch. I had to connect my phone to Bluetooth by using the voice command system. My vehicle is covered under warranty, however, I was wondering if there is a way to reset it? Thank you in advance for your help!

There is a problem on a few Gen2 Prius (and quite a few similar age Lexus) where the solder connection between the touch screen and the attaching cable fails. I fixed mine by drilling into the area and injecting a sort of metalized glue (Circuit Writer). If there is a warranty in place, just let Toyota replace the unit.
