    Hi everyone,
    The car is a 2011 Prius Gen 3 (P3).
For context, the car has previously (few months ago) thrown P0A80 and P0A7F fault codes. At that time I had no choice, clearing the codes allowed the car to continue running. The car is used very little, roughly 5,000 km (~3200miles) per year.

Today, after starting the car and driving about 300 meters, the warning triangle and “CHS” message appeared. After another ~200 meters, the car stopped responding to the accelerator and shut down completely. I managed to pull over and park safely.
I checked the fault codes via OBD, and it now shows P060A and P0A0F. Clearing the codes does not help anymore — they return immediately.

What do you think could be the root cause of this issue?
Is there any temporary workaround that would allow me to move the car a few hundred meters?
Also, what diagnostic path would you recommend to accurately identify the exact cause and determine the proper fix?
Any guidance on likely solutions and rough cost estimates would also be appreciated.
