Need some quick help~

Hello guys!
First time poster, long time reader.. but anyhoo...
i ordered the lower rocker moldings from this websites pc shop and was wondering how long does it usually take to ship. It has been about a week now, and the order status still says
"Your order is ready for shipping! Tracking will be provided the moment it becomes available. Thanks!"

I've already sent a message about this to the shop and now i'm just wondering if it is the norm that it takes a week to ship or something.
