Never received half of my order, PriusChat Shop will not respond to refund the item I never received

    In July I ordered two items - a sun shade and a navigation screen visor. They sent the sun shade, and I got an email saying that the order was partially shipped. I never received the visor, and made several attempts at contacting them through both the online form and the little "Contact Us!" widget at the bottom right of the screen. I was charged the price for both of the items and never received any refund for the item they never shipped.

    They say on the Contact Us page: "Have a question? Please feel free to contact us using the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can - usually within a few minutes, but always within 24 hours." but I never heard back from them (it's been months). How do I get the visor shipped to me, or get a refund for that item?

    there are often snafu's, but he always resolves them eventually

    You can't really KNOW that, since you probably don't know about all of them.

    From evidence going back YEARS, Danny often hasn't been very responsible.

    Did you know to read this forum before ordering?

    Unfortunately, there is no clear pointer for prospective customers to do so.

    Back when I was new here, and even three years later when I traded up, service was very good. But times have changed.

    My opinion is that you shouldn't have to bend over backwards to try to get them to respond. I would open a case with your credit card company. If they don't get a response, they will refund your money and charge the PriusChat shop's account.

    Credit card companies usually have deadlines for refunds and chargebacks. July is much too far back, so other paths are needed.
