Finally got my 2007 Touring with Pkg. HI/3 last week. Love the way it handles but then I came from a Ford Ranger. And even though I am not getting the best mileage, I am very happy at 45MPG since I was use to 20MPG. Have been enjoying the information on this site for the last 3 monthes while awaiting my car.

Welcome. Consumer Reports got 44 mpg average. I average about 40-42. Some people get closer to the EPA or better because they drive the speed limit, use cruise control, turn off the A/C, blah, blah, blah. It's totally up to you. Congratulations on your purchase!

:D You're gonna LOVE your new TE Prius

My 2007 TE was delivered Nov 11th replacing my 2004 Prius. I like the improved handling and ride, as well as the Bridgestone Turanza tires... just a better "feel" overall. I tried the 40/38 psi tire pressures I had used on my 2004 Integrity tires and really didn't like the way the 2007 felt, so I backed off to 37/35 psi and will take the probably MPG hit in favor of a better feel to the ride. It's too soon to judge the MPG results since I have less than 800 miles on the clock.
