New 2013 Prius Owner

Hello All! I bought my first Prius back in November 2024 and she has been treating me really well. I mostly drive her in town and I've taken her out of town once, with great success.
She currently has about 102,600 miles on her, and I started with 95,000. I replaced the tires in January 2025, and got the oil changed back in April 2025.
I've been using the A.C. a lot the last 2 months due to the heat, and in the last week, I've been hearing a brief clicking noise when accelerating, though it doesn't last very long.
Should I be concerned, have I waited too long to get her serviced again?
