This new C is so much quieter, no wind noise, minimal engine noise, it’s got alloy wheels, accident avoidance, identical 50mpg and I paid $19k. It was the last one for sale in Maine and the sandstorm color is nasty, but what an improved ride. These cars deserved more positive spin, we love the personal fit of the car.

Any other previous C owners reup for a newer one?

The '18 c we bought this spring is a lot of firsts for me... first hybrid car, Toyota product, new car, orange car, transverse FWD car...

I travel frequently and rent a lot of cars for work but ever since we got the c I really look forward to going home and taking it out for a spin.

(This week it's a 2018 Chevy Malibu in Connecticut. There's a lot I like about the car, but ¡ay caramba! the auto-stop restart is a real mule kick! Really lurches hard. Very poor example of the feature.)
