I ordered a new Toyota cabin air filter on eBay. 87139-YZZ10. It arrived today with only the Toyo box, which was quite damaged on more than one side. The filter looks alright except for the sides. I need another opinion on if the filter looks ok to install. Thanks.

You should be fine. That filter does a lot less than you think either way.

Yeah, the white (firm) sides flex a bit, but the filter wasn't flattened. Thanks!

oemtoyotaparts. $28.95 with free shipping. Best price I saw for the oem Carbon filter- comparing dealers, Amazon, eBay, etc.

I ordered the engine filter on Amazon from another merchant. Just shipped in the Toyo box again, but the box walls are thicker, and the filter is more sturdy. No issues.

I have used a Fram filter before- just wanted the oem version this time around. Either way, it's much better as a DIY job that having the dealer perform this service.
