New Forum - Prius Technical Discussion

I have been noticing for awhile the amount of geek talk that goes on relating to the technical aspects of the Prius and the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive system, and while I can follow maybe half of what is said, I figured it was time to add a forum for Prius Technical Discussions.
