    I'm new to the forum and to the Prius world. I just get a white Prius 3 (july 2009) model Linea Sol Premium (swiss model), with a lot of options like GPS, leather, iPod kit,...

    I'm happy to discover this mountains of informations in the forum. In advance, I'm sorry for my bad english.

    Your written English is better than a lot of native speakers. :)
    Your capitalization choices were the only thing that I noticed, and in a casual environment like this, that'll blend right in.

    No, I'm not really in this region ;-). I'm from the mountains, in the center of the Alps.

    Too bad, I'm from the Swiss Romande (French Wallis) and my German is a bit rusty;-)

    So do you speak Romansh? I've won several free drinks by being able to name Switzerland's four national languages but I've never actually met anyone who actually spoke Romansh.

    Nope, only french ! I've never met anyone who spoke Romansh ;-)

    This is a very small part of the Switzerland who speak this language.

    Tony, I don’t want to rain on your parade but a bit of clarification is needed here:
    Our new Prius friend speaks French, not Ramuntsch.
    The four national languages in Switzerland are:
    § Deutsch (central, northern and part of eastern Switzeerland)
    § Français (Suisse Romande = S/W & western Switzerland)
    § Italiano (southern Switzerland)
    § Ramuntsch (nothing to do with Suisse (Swiss) Romande. A “Swiss Romande†speaks French). They speak Ramuntsch in a small part of south-eastern Switzerland.
    There are many variations that use the stem “rom†and they all mean entirely different things (e.g. Romand(e), Romas, Roman, etc.).
