Hi. Stumbled onto PriusChat shortly after getting a new-to-me but used 2010 Silver Prius II. I do a lot of short stop-start driving for work as well as enduring a 25 mile one way commute. Today's drive-in logged a new record for me of 54 mpg ... Of course I'm still figuring out how to drive efficiently .. But I read up on the warmup stages last night and it seemed to help. I could really get used to this cutting my fuel bills in more than half!

I'm hoping to add a hitch to lug around road and tri bikes. And swapping out stock basic radio for something fancier. Been reading up on those factory-look aftermarket radios. I've never been so excited about a car until now!

So just wanted to say hi! And thank you for a great site to share information among like minded people!!

    Ryan :)

Welcome. So a 50 miles round trip commute is a lot in Wisconsin? That is pretty normal if not considered low in California.
