New modules - But still have the nasty triangle and a Christmas tree of caution lights.

I have a 2013 Prius C (3) Got the triangle of death and a message that the hybrid battery needs attention. This came on within minutes after replacing the radiator cooling fan. (I used an OEM part). I read that blown fuses could be an issue so I did a continuity check on each one. They all tested good. The 20A fuse on the positive 12V battery fell apart when I pulled it but it was replaced with no improvement of the situation. So I replaced the hybrid modules with new ones. The module's voltage tested to within a hundredth of a volt of each other so I feel confident they are good and balanced. When I pulled the Orange Plug Fuse Cut Off Switch the car wouldn't start. I also did the reset (push the trip button three times...) with no positive results. I still have the pull over to a safe spot message and the Christmas tree (all the lights) on the dash display. Oh, and the coolant level is good. What am I missing?

Connect with a good scanner and ask the car.

Without real data, we will all be guessing.
