New Owner of a 2010

    Hello everyone, new to the forum but used it for all my research! Love this site. Just bought a 2010 package 5 with 50k. Car is awesome. Came from a 330ci vert so a little different ;) but overall impression so far is really good and reliability was my main selling point. Car is in mint conditon, just fully serviced. Just had the Brake recall done and the process was smoothe.

    One quick question, pulled the service records on Toyota owners site, and one of the records states the below info. Does that mean it was completed or just recommended?

    Who knows your guess is as good as mine. This text is just what the dealer/service writer types in. All these items are big money makers for the dealer and may or may not be needed.

    Unless it specifically states that the service was performed, not just recommended, assume it was not done.

    Welcome aboard and enjoy the ride!

    I would say the service was done. They wouldn't have typed in the cost unless it was charged. To be sure, call the dealer and ask... they should be able to pull the records.
