New Pick Up Tomorrow

    I just bought a 2006 Prius on line! It is white w/HG package (4). I had been shopping for a while and this one came on a lot about 100 miles away. Are there any precautions or recommendations for the drive home over the highway?

    Well that depends on the highway...if you are going to face a lot of rocks, then maybe get a bra before you get the vehicle (although I don't know if the difference in the 2005 vs 2006 bra has ever been corrected).

    You can easily check tire pressures (most of us run them at 42/40) and can check the oil to make sure it is not overfilled.

    Just take it easy on the way home...no need to speed...let the engine have a nice slow break in...and enjoy!
