New/Rebuilt Hybrid Battery and P3004-131

    Greetings,

    We ordered a rebuilt/updated traction battery for my daughter's 2002. It came with an ECU already installed. I have installed it and I can hear the battery click but it doesn't start. I did get a P3004-131 code with my TechStream.

    What my next step should be?

    Service plug set properly? I'm not familiar with Gen 1 but that frequently is an issue with Gen 2.

    Someone with more Gen 1 experience will be along shortly, I am sure!

    Thank you. Looks as though the service plug housing might have been damaged in shipping. I will start there tomorrow.
