So apparently my tires need to be replaced fairly soon. There's maybe 4/32 on most wheels, and right now there are a bunch of dealer offers for buy 3 get 1 for $1 with a purchase of an alignment.

First, what is everyone getting on their original set of 4 tires? 25k seems low ish, but also somehow in line with my other car, so maybe it's not that bad. I drive pretty conservatively, averaging about 54 mpg ('24 LE).

Second, if you've also switched 4 tires, what prices were you paying? I'm in California, FWIW.

Does seem very low for the OEM tires.

I got 49,000 miles out of mine - got new ones at Discount Tire - Michelin Primacy A/S. All in around $1000 in Florida.

I have an XLE with the 19" tires.

Yep, in our new Toyota's tires seemed to be very soft rubber and needed replacing very soon. 2017 Prius was at 24K and actually got a flat so just replaced them all with General Altimax RT43. My 2021 Prius was at 30K when there were pretty bald. I replaced them with Summit Ultramax A/S Tires from Tire World but, probably, won't get those again...they are wearing down pretty fast and I only have 35K on them right now.
I did ask Tire World about their 70K warranty and they'll discount my next set when these need replacing...not sure how much of a rebate I'll get but I'll get something else.
