I have never owned a hybrid or a Prius but am considering the purchase of a used Gen II. Are there differences I should be aware of / concerned about in the different years within the Gen II's? Most of the cars I have looked at have been 2005, 2006, and 2007.

Any specific packages I should be looking for? Thanks in advance for any help in this process.

Is there anywhere that lists the various packages available?

The 06 model year was one w/some fairly big changes like being able to get a backup camera, dashboard materials changed, higher res MFD (if you have the backup camera). Regarding the inverter coolant pump, there's now Toyota replacing water pumps in 2004-2007 Prius hybrids | PriusChat.

I used the one at ToyotaCertified when I was shopping for my new (to me) 2008.

I can't post links yet, but you can find the PDF for the 2008 here: hxxp://toyotacertified. com/ebrochures/08_prius.pdf
