New to Prius need info

    Bought a 1 owner 08 in Aug 2019. Replaced traction battery 3-16-20. Local shop says car is showing codes P1116,coolant temp circuit hot storage, P1121,coolant flow control valve and C1252, brake pressure pump. They want to much $$, so I plan to do repairs myself. Need advice on best reasonably priced scanner & best option for bleeding brakes. Any help will be most welcome
