Wanted to post since it has been over a month since we picked up our Prius. Picked up a Spectra Blue Pkg. #2 on Good Friday and what a good Friday it was. I've been enjoying 51-53 MPG's since we picked it up. Of course the first thing I did was increase the tire pressure to 42/40. I've got a lot more reading and lot more learning to do with this car.

I came from paying close to $130 a week in gas for either my Toyota 4x4 truck or our Mitsubishi Diamante. Now it is down to about $25-30 a week in the Prius. Boy am I loving it. If we could afford it right now, my wife and I would purchase another one and have 2. Maybe next year?

Welcome, Bill, from a few miles to your east. What part of the valley are you in?

Welcome from Stafford, Bill. Nice weather we are having. I was curious if all these wet roads would give the OEM tires some trouble, but they have been great.

Located approximately 30 miles west of Charlottesville, right off of I-64.

Thanks for the welcome. Now if I could get the pulse and glide thing down, but I am working on it!
