No audio. Blowing fuses

Audio quit suddenly with no prior symptoms. 30A Fuse nos. 9, 26 are blown. 9 blew immediately when I tried to replace it. I'm a newbie DIY.

Car was manuf. 03/2015. Prius 4. Conflicting info as to whether it is Gen 3 or 4.

I think the amplifier is the culprit so I looked at L142 and L143 white connectors in a Gen 3 wiring diagram pdf that was provided here. The connectors match the JBL amplifier under the pass seat but the wire colors and places in the connector do not.

Is it safe to pull the 2 connectors off if I have to replace the amp, or do I have to disconnect the battery? That would be the back battery? If it's the amp, does the seat have to come out to be replaced... I think it could just be tilted forward.

Any other strong possibilities other than the amp? Appreciate it!
