It all started when I tried to change the 12v auxiliary battery I accidently put wrong sides for about 30 seconds. Due to this my
    1) fusible link broke which I got repaired / soldered
    2) Battery control module burn marks which I got replaced
    3) couple of fuses replaced

    Now I have checked that
    1) all fuse at front and inside dash on passenger side are working fine.
    2) 12v battery is fine
    3) 5amp fuse and fusible line next to 12v battery are fine
    4) when I scan on obd2 reader no faults comes up which is strange but on individual cell date I get correct reading for first cell 13.5v but the remaining cells show as -330v
    5) tried resetting computer by shoring two points in obd socket nothing changes after reset

    car drives

Can anybody suggest what the possible cause may be please?

You've got a basic OBD2 scanner that can read a Prius HV battery or each cell thereof quite interesting I don't think so I think you need a more capable scanner to read the business The 13.5 sounds like the voltage the battery would be charging out on the low end the 12 volt battery but I don't know what you're looking at I can't see from here.

Yep you're in a very similar boat as I am. I thought that my obd2 scanner would work, but I learned the hard way that it doesn't come with an abs/srs system check inside of it. You'll need to go buy an obd2 scanner that has abs in it at minimum. I dont know how much they cost in the UK, but I'm guessing maybe somewhere around 50 pounds at minimum (unless you can get one on eBay for cheaper).

You should look at a more capable scantool. I don't know if any of these are available in the UK, but here is a thread that reviews several scantool apps and devices. Several can scan codes and data on all available systems in a Gen2 Prius.
