It seems like on previous Halloweens I've always heard at least one Halloween-themed song on the radio, but not this past one. Of course, I may not have been tuned in at the right time, but still, I missed hearing them.
Here are 3 of my favorites:

    Monster Mash
    Allison Gross (by Steeleye Span)
Birdsongs Of The Mesozoic (by ?) [not actually Halloweenish, other than I've heard it played on several Halloweens as atmospheric music for the day]

What are some favorite Halloween / spooky tunes of yours?

On the way home from work, one of the local stations played the part from "Young Frankenstein" where he's singing with the monster:

"If you're blue and you don't know where to go to why don't you go where fashion sits."

    "pooootinnn oonnnn riiiiiitzzzz"

    I laugh every time.

Yeah...all I heard was some old Metallica and Rob Zombie/White Zombie. Apparently to the local alternative rock station, that's considered 'Halloween type music'. I wanna hear me some Monster Mash and Thriller! And perhaps an Addams Family theme song...

    Everyday is Halloween - Ministry
Dead Man's Party - Oingo Boingo

Neither are really about Halloween; they just get a lot of play this time of year. The Ministry song is one of my faves any time of year.

Hey Rancid - Mark and Brian on KLOS had several members from the cast of the Addam's Family on earlier this week to promote the release of the Addam's Family on DVD. It was really cool!

Oxygene, by Jean Michel Jarre, can be kinda spooky...

Does anyone else play hide and seek 'Kato' style? You know, like in the Pink Panther movies, when the inspector tells Kato to keep him alert, so he hides and then jumps out at the least suspecting moment...my wife came home one day, when the kids and I were playing this, calling hello?...anybody home?...hee hee...good thing she has a strong heart, and wasn't carrying anything fragile...

Songs almost always in my Halloween mixes:

    Halloween - The Dead Kennedys
Halloween - Siouxie and the Banshees
Waking the Witch - Kate Bush
Sympathy for the Devil - Laibach

btw, "Birdsongs Of The Mesozoic" is by the band called, oddly enough, Birdsongs Of The Mesozoic (they're no longer around, but they were from Boston - they were a great band).

Ummmm, FYI, it's no longer Halloween...it will now be referred to as a "Harvest Festival" (which doesn't evoke any of that scary demonic stuff that so frightens the new Right).

That cookie recipe song that Tool does in German sounds pretty scary. I guess everything in German sounds scary with the right kind of music.
