I heard a story on the radio this a.m. that all HOV stickers presently authorized have now been sold and that some 700 applicants were getting their money back. Apparently there is some movement afloat to authorize more stickers. Ted
I doubt it will be extended, but there is always hope. I grew up in WH, still work there. Sure has changed in the last 50 years...
