    Nevermind, I read this wrong. I saw this on Digg, and figured the headlien read "Without STICKERS", that would make the news more relevant. I don't know why this made the front page of digg today, seeing as those stickers have been discontinued as of Valentines Day.

    that is just a proposed rule, it has not been finalized yet, and it still requires the state to issue stickers
    please do not start driving solo in car pool lanes, from my understanding, soon instead of having
    just hybrids in carpool lanes just in california, arizona, etc you should be able to have hybrids
    in carpool lanes in all 50 states...
