Just went to start my car and there's absolutely no power. Nothing. No lights, nothing. My 12v battery was replaced six months ago. Earlier today when driving to lunch I notice for a few seconds when when I went to accelerate it wouldn't. The RPMs went up but it didn't have much power. The red triangle light went on and the "problem" flashed on the display for a second. I drove about ten miles afterword with no problem. Parked the car and for a few hours and now it won't start. Any ideas on this?

Start by testing the 12v battery with a voltmeter at the jump points under the hood, and again at the 12v battery in the truck.

Turned out the negative battery cable was loose. Tightened it up and it's good to go.
