I am assuming that you have not gotten the car to start after you created this thread back in April: https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3445569

Why did you create a new thread rather than continuing in the earlier thread?

You have a big mess on your hands. If the car is worth saving, a very experienced Prius mechanic would need to look at the car. It could get very expensive.

With respect, how much $$$$ have you shotgunned at these problems, so far? Further independent troubleshooting may not be your most cost-effective route to success.

If you measure voltage fresh off a charger it'll be reading highish. Ours LIVES on a charger, and my drill for checking voltage is to check in the morning, the day after it's been taken off the charger, taken for a good drive, and sat overnight.

More telling is to test with one of the electronic load testers, Solar BA9 for example.

I load tested the modules with a
H11 . But the 12v I haven’t other than measure it through out the day and also from under the hood . The only time I really put it on the charger or use the booster is when I’m running test with it in accessory mode. But what are you thinking ? I do have some codes a U0293 keeps popping up and other results what would you be looking for in Techstream or ?

i'm not sure having it on a charger will cause a bad battery to perform properly

It seems to hold a charge , say if I put it in accessory mode for 15 min to 30 mins it draws down to 11ish and I charge it backup to high 12’s what would be a reasonable voltage in the morning or should I test it another way ?

Yea I was thinking about the auto store , but even if the 12v was bad and I charged it and used the booster. It should at least go into ready mode even if it does or doesn’t crank ?

At this point the 12v source is not your problem. There may still be a problem distributing it evenly through the car (fuses) but between charging and the booster you've got enough volts there. Something else is wrong.
