Noise from the steering rack? Noisy ride over small bumps in road

    I have a 2017 Prius V with 40k miles. I noticed a strange clunking sound when I move the steering wheel left and right really fast when standing still. It drives straight and nothing feels loose in the steering. I went under had someone move the steering wheel and I can feel the clunk in the tie rods (both). Is my steering rack going out?
