Anybody have any data on the noise levels of the different Prius prime models as well as the differences in insulation between them?

I've not seen comparative noise measurements between trims, but the top build variant (XSE Premium in USA, or top two trims in Europe) does have a bit more sound insulation. Differences I'm aware of are laminated front side windows, and some better between-engine-and-dash insulation.

Not fooling me, if there is more deadening in the Limited it's still not enough. I don't find the engine noise to be particularly loud , my main complaint is the road noise by far. The sound comes from the footwells and doors. I will be focusing my deadening efforts to those areas.

Exactly. Since I changed tires from the garbage Toyos it's been quieter.
I plan on doing some sound deadening myself......after I take care of the spare tire storage in the back
