Noise when turning Left?

    There is a slight noise when turning left sometimes, its not to major, but out of curiosity I went to the mechanic and was they told me this needs replacing:

    R& R AXLE SHAFT & CV JOINT - $195.00
    R&R STABILIZER LINK BUSHING - $59.50

    That was the labor, they did not have the part piece prices since they have to order them.

    Any idea what piece I might be needing or how long the car can last with that noise? Its only maybe once every 10 turns that it makes that noise.

    wheel bearing, mine would make a noise when turning at road speed, might be it.
