    Its not a head gasket. Looks like some silicon someone slopped on the valve cover. No oil coming out, unless you just cleaned it, probably means its ok.

    Nothing makes that obvious in your pics... But blown head gaskets are often not that visible from the outside. Do you have any other symptoms that head gasket might be blown?

    A blown headgasket is not something that is visible, you'll know when you start losing coolant
