Normal or eco mode

    which do you drive with the most? and find more gas saving?

    my first tank i used the ECO but then again i took a road trip to vegas,
    then on the way back i used normal but again it was hwy miles


    so right now i'm on a full tank using strictly eco mode


    anyone have input on eco and normal mode?

    This is often a very subjective topic since many in the community do not like the ECO mode and others just love it.

    Anyway, my wife gets significantly better results driving with the ECO mode on... and while she's a safe and eco-minded driver, she's not as diligent as I tend to be - the ECO mode just makes her job so much easier. At the moment (and over the last summer) she'll easily crank out trips averaging 3.5-3.8 L/100km with little to no effort when in ECO.

    However, when I drive, the improvement of ECO vs Normal mode is not that significant as I find myself producing the same results in Normal as I do when operating in ECO. My current trip average nets me a 2.8-3.3 L/100km with a slightly improving trend as the weather also improves.
