I got a 2014 Prius Five with 22K miles (Blizzard Pearl) on it on the 23rd of November. It is in great condition and since I drive 27 miles each way to work, this seemed like the best choice.

I am getting to know it a bit better, and trying to get better aquainted with its features.

Hoping to learn a lot from all of you.

Welcome. It is a fun car to drive. Much different that standard vehicles, but it makes me want to save up for something similar and more sporty. Built by Toyota of course.

We paid $16.7 and then an additional destination fee and tax, I think it ended up being just under $18K out the door including all fees and taxes.

A local dealer had the same vehicle, but a year newer, and wanted $8K additional for it.

We drove further for the deal!

I will admit it was not my first choice. I wanted a Mini, but the reliability issues kept me away.

The Prius is our 3rd Toyota, and replaced our 2002 Saturn. I guess we are now officially a Toyota family (2004 Sequoia, 2014 Camry Hybrid, and now 2014 Prius.)

Welcome! Congratulations on your excellent choice. (y)

My 2014 has been bullet-proof, and still looks fantastic. One of the better choices I've made in life. :)

I'm sure yours will be great for you also.

You got a way better deal than me and I was shopping around for almost an entire month. I paid about $1k more and mine is only a 2013 model 3 with 28kmiles. Now I feel like I got ripped off.

The original price was about $30K. It does not have the $5K technology package upgrade, if that makes a difference.

It was definitely the best deal we could find. And we had to drive 3.5 hours each way to get it. My husband worked out the deal via email and on the phone first. They had been asking $23K four months ago. Then kept coming down. It was at about $19K when my. husband found it and they went back and forth and finally got it to $16.7. They wouldn't remove the $600 destination fee on top of that though.

But it is in really good condition and we are very happy with the purchase.

We found about 7 Priuses that were comparable and none could come close to the price we got.
