    Welcome to PC!

First suspects are the Inverter Coolant pump which has a Recall/Tech Bulletin out for your year car. Was the pump replaced under warranty? If not its probably toast and your doing all you can do to destroy the Inverter.
There's a million posts about it on PC.
When the pump fails the Inverter overheats and fails and throws all the codes.
Take it to the dealer if the pump has not been replaced yet.
And make sure the dealer gives you a list of all the codes it has thrown indicated by the malfunction lights.
We can not give you any further help without knowing the malfunction codes..

BTW, if your small 12 volt battery (not the Hybrid battery pack) has ever needed to be jump started you need a new 12 volt battery too. Around $200 installed at the dealer. Millions of posts about that too with aftermarket choices also.
Good luck and return with codes.

Driving with the inverter coolant pump failed risks destroying the inverter which costs thousands. Replacement of the inverter pump, failed or not, is now free under a Toyota TSB. If a dealer is within a few miles it's probably OK to drive it there slowly. *Don't* run the air conditioner on the way to the dealer.
