Just got a used OBIHL4 Homelink Mirror for 2017 Prius 2.
It have 10 pins in a dual row of 5

The wire pin out as follow:

    1 Switch12+ for Diming function
    2 GND for Pin 1
    3 Not used
    4 Not used
    5 GND for Homelink function
6 12+ ON for Homelink function.

Dim function consump approximately 250mA max and steady at 140mA

Homelink consump a pulse of 50mA

Next step determine power from overhead console of the Prius.

if any need to know how to remove the overhead console, let me know.

The plastic box attached to the windshield that also has the mirror just snaps off...you gently squeeze and pull down on the bottom piece and you may have to also pull up a little on the top piece...it's a little unnerving how easy it comes apart! I saw good access to wires in there so splicing in for power and ground shouldn't be hard.
I've been looking at replacing the rearview mirrors on both our Prius' with the Gentex Auto Dimming which is only $67 on Amazon.
