OEM bike carrier. How do i stop the bike hitting the car?

    I have just installed the OEM cycle carrier as below:

    how I am supposed to stop the bike sliding back and forth hitting the car? The bars are so big on the bike I'm going to have to try and keep it around the half way mark on the bracket?

    Some bungee cords may solve your problem
