I need an aftermarket part number for the oil filter. Went to the Fram site, but they don't list the Prius C, or the 1.3L engine. I'm guessing its the 4967 series????????

Why not a Toyota filter? The engine's 1.5 liter, BTW, not 1.3.

Aren't you still under the free included maintenance?

    I would recommend buying a Purolator. L14476 or PL14476.

Most places you buy a filter will have a book to look through or a helpful counter person to look it up.

Or look up a better website. Like HERE.

Wonder where I got the idea it was a 1.3L (DOH).
If it makes sense time wise I'll take advantage of the "FREE" service. Sometimes it just doesn't.
I drove a Scion xB (1.5L) for 350,455 miles - used the book to look the number up a few times before it finally stuck. I'm actually 'thinking' about buying a case.
And, I'll probably register with Motor Oil, Transmission Fluids & Synthetic Oil | Quaker State
