    It may be best if I quit reading my breakfast cereal. I thought my Shredded wheat said OMG sodium, now I have noticed that it is best if sold before NOV2213. I hardly ever let my cereal sit for over 200 years.

    That stuff will kill you and preserve the corpse :)

    Sugar is bad for you, makes you heavy which leads to heart problems and reduced lifespan

    Salt increases blood pressure which leads to stroke

    Maybe some coffee , scrambled eggs and dry wheat toast is best. Egg whites if you like the taste is better
