One Touch Dialing

    I cannot overwrite one of my one touch dial numbers. It shows as grayed out and says outgoing call. I have tried clearing all, clearing all one-touch, out-bound and in-bound calls, etc. Only the one specific one-touch number has the problem. All others seem to be working as they should.

    Any Suggestions.

    Yep, slot 6 on 1 touch screen #1. It stores the previous incoming call ID so you can dial it back. It's a nice touch, but a little confusing. Not a big deal, just one less programmable slot. It is working as it should.
