One Touch Numbers Scrambled

    I have found that if I have an empty slot in my 17 One Touch numbers, some time soon after all the numbers will be scrambled -- totally messed up. Names from my Address Book that weren't a One Touch will now be One Touches, and with the totally wrong phone number. Anyone have an inkling as to what's going on? Thanks.
