So I accidentally pulled one of these off during a battery replacement. I pushed it back in and put a heat shrink tube which made it stick back, but i'm sadly getting a P0aac code, which I'll have to do the mini vci on soon to see.

But anyways how do you fix this? Do you just replace the entire sensor system, I know they sell them on ebay for 40 shipped. Or is there a way I can do by myself? Thanks

Well......to replace the entire harness means you need to access the three temp sensors mounted to the bottom of the module pack also.
Depending on where it pulled apart at, you may be able to expose it and solder it.

Being that it's a thermister, pushing it back together isn't going to "get it done". It doesn't take much to cause some wild resistance swings.

Just noticed there was more than one photo. Yeah...not looking good for repair of that location.

You'll need a new one, $40 sounds pretty good. Or you can save that and return it as a core when you buy a new battery

Sigh, I literally replaced every module from a low mile 2013 prius battery and broke it when completed. I'll have to tear it apart again to get it in but that's fine, it's fixable.
    Thanks for the advice.

Did you separate the bottom of the battery case from the modules? That would be the best way to work on the modules

I may have, not sure? I basically took all the bolts on the bottom and sides out, took out all the modules, and then put the new modules back in
