Open question: anyone record max acceleration video/accelerometer data?

    I don't really have time to 'read the Internet'. My open questions:
    • Did anyone record a maximum acceleration with the camera on the speedometer?
    • Did anyone record a maximum acceleration with a 3-axis accelerometer?
    • Did anyone record a maximum acceleration with a recording OBD?
    Agreed, this is a poor approximation for a dyno but it actually can provide some useful metrics.

    I did a little Google search for the 'blended power' metrics and the initial read suggests it is power measured at the tires. This makes a lot of sense and any of the above metrics along with the driver weight and fuel tank level a good enough, approximation.
