I was on here 6-8 weeks ago (mid-Sept) and somewhere in one of the threads someone stated their intention to do a PIS-like 10kwh (I think) conversion, and then make a list of parts and steps available as open source DIY. I've been scanning back through threads, and can't find the reference. Are you out there? Are you doing this? Any update? Thanks much!

The only thread I am aware of is this one but it is for a 4kwh PIS kit.

PIS 4kwh PHEV kit assembly and installation odyssey | PriusChat

Parts like the front and rear controller (including the mythical ICE ECU spoofer) I would only source from PIS as then you would know that the firmware is all up to date and then you could receive new firmware updates.. The rest can be sourced directly from a supplier.

I think you're talking about the YaPiP project. Jdh is still working on it. See his thread.
