    I don't know if that's for a new battery. It might still be a rebuilt battery. See how that price compares with a local Toyota dealer installed OEM battery (part# G9510-47031).

    that is a very cryptic first post.(n)
    i couldn't find pricing on the website, but i think matt at houston hybrids will install a new battery from toyota for $2,200. so it is doable.
    i would want the toyota paperwork if that is what they claim to be installing.
