Outside temperature gauge not working

    To the Prius hive mind I address my issue.
    This weekend I installed fog lights in my 2013 Prius 4. During that time I did remove the rattler as I had unplugged it after I purchased the car and never plan to plug it back in. All went well except now the outside temperature gauge in the dash just displays dashes and not the outside temperature. Where is the sensor located and does anyone have any ideas what the issue might be?
