Have an odd issue going on with my 2007 Prius. Last year had batter issue for which I changed a module and battery was working fine. After one year Prius started throwing the battery error code but do not see any issue with battery i.e. I do no see battery heating up or dropping quickly. But when weather in area is down all error codes wipe automatically. Is there anything I can check for this odd issue.

How many miles do you currently have?

How are you reading the OBD2 codes?

Did you clean up the HV battery fan?

Did you balance/recondition the HV battery after swapping modules?

So the BCM (battery control module) has software that (simplified) compares module voltage to measured temperature. This brings up the possibility that there is either another bad module (or two, three...) or the temperature is not correct. Temperature in FL can be because the car is not venting or the batteries are getting that hot. High battery temps are indicative of (a) failed module(s), presuming the blower fan is working correctly. It is also possible that the BCM is seeing temperatures that are not accurate and that would be a devil to determine w/o TechStream.

You need to check the individual modules again.
HIGHLY likely that another one is failing.
This will continue with some regularity until you get all of them replaced.
