P0A80 UOO73 As well as slip indicator and (!)

So when I'm driving the check engine, yellow triangle, slip indicator(car by pic with waves under it) and (!) Comes on. Then shortly after the car pic and (!) Go away but other two stay on. My energy monitor stops working when these come on. And my ECO, EV and PWR mode stop switching while I drive. The battery stops cycling as fast as well. When I run the codes it's a P0A80 and one time the UOO73 popped up but hasn't in the last two weeks since I ran it on a dif OBD2 that I purchased. Has anyone had these problems where the monitor stops and the driving modes stop. Is this just the entire hybrid battery pack or a possible connection to it? It's a 2012 Prius. Thanks for input!
