I was driving and all of a sudden the triangle of death came on and my car beeped and engine light came on..I was in the parking lot and pulled over.

I checked the oil, it was low filled it up then coolant was in decent level too. Added a little more.

    Scared to drive to work.
Last year engine light came on and it said about a control valve but the engine light went away.

Saw YouTube videos but people are using different names,.water pump, etc etc makes me nervous which part to take off and install new one..

I have no experience with cars but if this is doable, can have my boyfriend help me out.

So that would be P1121 shown in the printouts. It is a fairly common problem. A search just using P1121 will net you a plethora of posts from which to choose.

If you no longer see an 'edit title' option to change your thread title to P1121, you can use the Report button and ask a mod to do it.

So, you have a few things going on here.

P1121 is almost always set by a failing coolant control valve (or "3-way" valve). It controls the flow of hot coolant that is pumped in or out of a thermos tank. This is an "emissions" system and has no perceptible effect on how the car drives.

Put that on hold for now.

There's a P0420, meaning that the catalytic converter in the exhaust system doesn't work as well as it should.

    Again, put that on hold.

What is concerning is the P0A80 ("replace High Voltage battery pack") and the P3013 (battery block 03 becomes weak). Together these point to the hybrid system battery (the High Voltage pack) failing.

These 2 codes are what triggered the "red triangle of death" - aka the master caution light.

There is LOTS of information in the forums on HV battery replacement. The most reliable (& very $$) option is to replace with a new pack from Toyota.

Almost any other option is some sort of pack "rebuilder" who assembles used or "refurbished" (still used) batteries into a pack. Might work fine for a year or three, or might fail in a few weeks.

While it is possible to "just replace" the faulty battery modules in the pack, the chances of success are very small. Again, the are many posts about this.
