Hey guys wanted to give you a update that the inverter was replaced, while leaving the ac on for about 5 minutes after installation the hybrid system malfunction code came up again. I got access to the the link provided by @Elektroingenieur with my library card and it gave us a few options of what the problem can be. We came across the high pressure line connecting to the ac condenser seemed to be jb welded at a certain point giving us the impression that it may be where the problem is coming from. Condenser was ordered and new ac line, fingers crossed!

Good luck! To bad it wasn't noticed before the inverter replacement.

Thanks! The mechanics have been very helpful and comprehensive during the process, they actually will be putting my old inverter back with no charge. Here was the breakdown of the sub code we got. Refrigerant pipe line would include the high pressure line correct? Which is the one that’s been tampered with where the line and condenser meet.

This is something new. Never knew that AC line could cause an isolation problem.
